Nikki Naab-Levy
Nikki Naab-Levy is a Pilates teacher and massage therapist for people who want to do the activities they love, longer.
Through her blog, videos and client sessions, she shows people how to integrate better movement into their lives – while making it all feel like play.
Nikki’s fitness wisdom has been feature in Daily Burn, MindBodyGreen and Men’s Fitness. She’s a Master Trainer for the Balanced Body Bodhi Suspension System and holds B.S. in Exercise Science.
Janet Sunderland
Janet Sunderland is a Pilates instructor and fitness educator for people who want to improve their fitness with smart, functional, and anatomy-based training methods.
Using her deep knowledge of kinesiology, she helps people discover movement with a profound sense of ease, so exercise can be an enjoyable activity and not a chore.
Janet holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and Wellness and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She’s a Balanced Body Master Trainer for several of their programs, including Pilates, Anatomy in 3D and the MOTR.
